Our office continually maintains complete copies of every document and every map that has ever been recorded in Inyo or Mono county, in addition to many unrecorded surveys and inspections from our own historical files and field notes. We still maintain on site all of our original title searches from the late 1800’s. Our Title Officers are often called to act as expert witnesses in land litigation hearings.
